About The Role:
As our receptionist you will meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each and every visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment whilst in the reception area. You’ll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident’s dignity at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and sign in all visitors to the home
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception environment
- Interact with residents kindly and respectfully
- Conduct family visits as required
- Resolve problems and queries from visitors and external/internal bodies
