You’ll interact with our residents on a daily basis – so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident’s dignity at all times.

Here’s some other important things you need to know:

  • You’ll need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements relevant such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and all aspects of the Care Standards Act.
  • Ensure that all equipment and materials are well maintained and safely stored in the appropriate places.
  • You’ll report any incidents or maintenance issues to the home manager.
