About The Role
As our Care Assistant (Nights), you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, bathroom visits and helping them get around and enjoy our lovely home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with residents and you will learn everything about their likes, dislikes and needs.
Responsibilities
- Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining records.
- Be alert at all times to residents’ physical and mental well‑being.
- Help maintain high standards, ensuring the residents’ home is always clean and safe.
