About the Role: As our Care Assistant (Days), you’ll provide personal care to residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom and helping them navigate and enjoy our lovely home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with residents and you will learn their likes, dislikes and needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow electronic care plans, administer medication as prescribed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Remain alert to residents’ physical and mental wellbeing at all times.
  • Help maintain high standards ensuring residents’ home is always clean and safe.
