The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our candidates are recruited, compliant and ready to work while providing vital support to our busy bookings team.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and registering healthcare professionals across the UK
- Managing candidate records accurately within our recruitment database
- Supporting compliance checks and ensuring all documentation remains up to date
- Speaking with candidates by phone, email and text throughout the recruitment process
- Assisting with bookings, shift confirmations and candidate availability
- Liaising with candidates and clients regarding timesheets and documentation
- Providing administrative support to help the team deliver an exceptional service

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and databases
