Join us as a Registered Nurse for a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high accute needs. Applicants will need Tracheostomy training and have been clinically assessed. You will be supporting adults living with complex mental health needs and neuro disabilities including Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be empowered to really make a difference. Our clients high staffing levels give you the time to provide truly person-centred nursing care, with a supportive team around you. You’ll provide the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs. Their care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * assessing, planning and implementing care for the people they support * providing person-centred and evidence-based nursing care * developing collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation * safe administration of medication * promoting health and wellbeing * being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift * managing situations when people display behaviours which may challenge * promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect. Job Requirements: * Be NMC registered. Your NMC pin should not have any restrictions or conditions. * Have a minimum of 6 months, post graduation, UK nursing experience. * Have been employed as a Nurse in an acute setting within the past 12 months.
