The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our candidates are recruited, compliant and ready to work while providing vital support to our busy bookings team. Your responsibilities will include: * Recruiting and registering healthcare professionals across the UK * Managing candidate records accurately within our recruitment database * Supporting compliance checks and ensuring all documentation remains up to date * Speaking with candidates by phone, email and text throughout the recruitment process * Assisting with bookings, shift confirmations and candidate availability * Liaising with candidates and clients regarding timesheets and documentation * Providing administrative support to help the team deliver an exceptional service No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a busy, supportive team.
