We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support a 16-year-old male client within his family home in Nottingham. The package involves supporting the client with non-invasive ventilation (NIV) during overnight hours. The Package 🌙 10-hour night shifts 📅 Monday to Friday ⏰ 50 hours per week 🫁 Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) 👦 16-year-old male 🏡 Family home environment What we're looking for We are seeking a confident, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistant with experience in complex care and, ideally, previous experience supporting clients with NIV or respiratory needs. You will need to be comfortable working overnight and able to provide safe, person-centred support while working as part of the wider care team. Package-specific training and competency assessment will be provided where required.
