Are you an experienced Clinical Lead, Senior Complex Care Practitioner, Registered Nurse or Healthcare Professional looking for a rewarding leadership role supporting young people with profound and complex needs? We are recruiting for a newly created Clinical Lead Complex Care position within a specialist SEND setting opening in September 2026. This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical support services within a purpose-built environment designed to support learners with severe learning difficulties, complex medical needs and physical disabilities. This role would suit someone passionate about improving outcomes for young people whilst providing leadership, training and clinical oversight to support staff.

About the Role

As Clinical Lead, you will take responsibility for overseeing the medical and care needs of learners with complex health requirements. You will work closely with families, therapists, medical professionals, educators and support staff to ensure learners receive safe, person-centred and effective care throughout their educational journey. You will also lead on staff training, care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance across the service.
