The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a bank and flexible-shift basis, supporting clients with complex healthcare needs across London, Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Watford and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants who have experience providing safe, person-centred care to individuals with complex medical needs and who are confident working in community and home-care settings.
Key Requirements- You must have previous hands-on experience with tracheostomy care.
- Experience with the following is also highly desirable:
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Ventilator care
- PEG feeding
- Complex clinical care
- Monitoring and recognising changes in a client's condition
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Following individual care plans and clinical guidance
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working effectively with families, healthcare professionals and wider care teams
- Experienced in complex care
- Confident and competent with tracheostomy care
- Reliable, professional and compassionate
- Able to work independently while following care plans and clinical guidance
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Comfortable supporting clients in their own homes and community settings
