We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a client on a 1:1 complex care package based in North West London (NW9). This is a community-based role supporting a client with complex clinical needs. The ideal candidate must be confident managing tracheostomy care and epilepsy.
Clinical Requirements
- Essential experience in:
- Tracheostomy care (in situ)
- PEG feeding
- Epilepsy management
- Administration of Buccal Midazolam
- Nebuliser therapy
- Medication administration
- Observations and escalation of deterioration
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12 months complex care experience
- Confident working independently in a 1:1 setting
- Competent with tracheostomy management
- Comfortable supporting a female client
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and professional
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 08:30 – 16:00
- Ongoing consistent hours
