We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a client on a 1:1 complex care package based in North West London (NW9). This is a community-based role supporting a client with complex clinical needs. The ideal candidate must be confident managing tracheostomy care and epilepsy.

Clinical Requirements

  • Essential experience in:
    • Tracheostomy care (in situ)
    • PEG feeding
    • Epilepsy management
    • Administration of Buccal Midazolam
    • Nebuliser therapy
    • Medication administration
    • Observations and escalation of deterioration

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months complex care experience
  • Confident working independently in a 1:1 setting
  • Competent with tracheostomy management
  • Comfortable supporting a female client
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and professional

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30 – 16:00
  • Ongoing consistent hours
