Care4ocus is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Live-In Carer to join an ongoing complex care package supporting a client in their own home in Eastbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carer looking for a consistent live-in position within a supportive care team.
The Role
As the Live-In Carer, you will provide ongoing daily support within the client's home, ensuring their care needs are met safely and with dignity.
The Wider Package Also Includes
- Waking Night Carer: 22:00-07:00 (9 hours per night)
- QDS support 7 days per week:
- Morning call - 60 minutes
- Lunch - 30 minutes
- Tea - 45 minutes
- Later call - 30 minutes
The package is ongoing, with the initial level of support due to be reviewed after approximately 2 weeks at home. The level of support may reduce depending on the client's needs and the outcome of the moving and handling review.
About You
We are looking for a carer who is:
- Experienced in live-in care
- Reliable and committed
- Compassionate and person-centred
- Confident working independently within a client's home
- Able to communicate effectively with the wider care team
- Professional and respectful of the client's dignity and privacy
- Experienced in complex care or supporting individuals with higher levels of care needs
