We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join a 2:1 care package supporting a young client in West London.
Location: W14 – Westminster / West London
Hours: 09:30–13:30
Days: Sessions to be confirmed
Support: 2:1
Transport: Transport provided from the family home to Edward Wood Community Centre
About the role: You will be supporting the client from their family home through to Edward Wood Community Centre, providing safe, person-centred support throughout the session.
We are looking for reliable, compassionate carers who are confident working as part of a 2:1 team and understand the importance of consistency, communication and professional boundaries when supporting children/young people and their families.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in care/support work
- Experience supporting children or young people is desirable
- Ability to work effectively within a 2:1 support setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and professional approach
- Commitment to person-centred care
- Ability to follow care plans, risk assessments and professional guidance
- Willingness to complete package-specific training/competencies
