About the Role
Care4Focus is recruiting an experienced Arabic-speaking Complex Care Support Worker to join our team supporting clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across North London. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable care professional who can provide high-quality, person-centred support while maintaining dignity, independence, and choice for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised care and support in line with individual care plans.
- Support with personal care, daily living activities, and promoting independence.
- Assist with clinical care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation support, medication administration, and epilepsy management (where trained).
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
About You
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in care is essential, with complex care experience desirable.
- Caring, reliable, and professional approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
