About the Role

Care4Focus is recruiting an experienced Arabic-speaking Complex Care Support Worker to join our team supporting clients with complex healthcare needs in their own homes across North London. We are looking for a compassionate and reliable care professional who can provide high-quality, person-centred support while maintaining dignity, independence, and choice for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised care and support in line with individual care plans.
  • Support with personal care, daily living activities, and promoting independence.
  • Assist with clinical care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation support, medication administration, and epilepsy management (where trained).
  • Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

About You

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in care is essential, with complex care experience desirable.
  • Caring, reliable, and professional approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexible availability.
