We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support services working in partnership with local authorities and council-commissioned providers across London and surrounding Essex areas. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults within residential, nursing, and community-based settings.
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting individuals with mobility, nutrition, and overall wellbeing
- Promoting dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times
- Following individual care plans, internal policies, and local authority standards
