We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support services working in partnership with local authorities and council-commissioned providers across London and surrounding Essex areas. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to vulnerable adults within residential, nursing, and community-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting individuals with mobility, nutrition, and overall wellbeing
- Promoting dignity, independence, and safeguarding at all times
- Following individual care plans, internal policies, and local authority standards
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
Mandatory Training & Requirements
- Candidates must hold (or be willing to complete) training in the following areas:
- Administration of Medicine
- Dementia
- Equality & Diversity
- Fire Safety
- First Aid
- Food Hygiene
- Health & Safety
- Housing
- Infection Control
- Manual Handling
- Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply). If you do not currently hold all required training, we can support you in completing this through a UK-recognised accredited training provider. Any mandatory training must be completed prior to placement and is payable by the candidate.
