The Senior Care Assistant role is essential for nighttime operations. As a senior team leader on nights, you'll guide the team during the most crucial hours. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting residents, mentoring junior team members, ensuring high-quality care throughout the shift, and being a dependable presence that residents and colleagues can rely on.

What You'll Be Doing as Senior Care Assistant
- Lead night shifts with authority and warmth, supporting residents through the hours when good care makes the biggest difference

What We're Looking For in A Senior Care Assistant
- You have at least two years of genuine experience in a residential or nursing home environment.
- Holding your Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential for senior roles.
