Job Summary

The Cross-Team Coordinator plays a vital operational role for the Chief Revenue Office, supporting collaboration, project management, and operational efficiency across CARE USA's Resource Development teams. Reporting to the Implementation Director in the Chief Revenue Office, with a dotted line to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role serves as a connective hub: tracking shared initiatives, facilitating cross-team workflows, and ensuring collaborative priorities move forward with discipline and accountability.

The Coordinator will provide critical organizational support to the Senior Advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring follow-through on Board pledges and assisting with preparation of Board materials and logistics. The Coordinator also provides additional executive administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including backup calendar management and scheduling for the executive assistant.

Ideal for a highly organized professional, ideally with CRM experience, who thrives at the intersection of fundraising operations and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track cross-team projects, campaigns, and shared initiatives across Resource Development.
  • Maintain workplans, accountability systems, and project timelines.
  • Facilitate regular cross-team working sessions, prepare agendas, and capture and distribute action items.
  • Ensure shared priorities move forward with discipline and that nothing falls through the cracks between teams.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in shared workflows, including AI-assisted processes and tools.
  • Support the Executive Director in evaluating and piloting new technologies that improve collaboration and productivity.
  • Document processes and best practices to build institutional knowledge and ensure consistency across teams.
  • Support ROI tracking and campaign performance reporting across collaborative Resource Development initiatives.
  • Pull and synthesize Salesforce reports to compile cross-channel data into clear leadership summaries, track donor and campaign activity, and flag data integrity issues for follow-up.
  • Assist with maintaining dashboards and shared reporting tools that give teams visibility into joint performance metrics.
  • Manage internal communications and documentation for joint initiatives across Resource Development channels.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling across time zones, travel coordination, and preparation of briefing materials and agendas.
  • Serve as a reliable backup to the Executive Assistant to the CRO during absences or high-volume periods, ensuring continuity of scheduling and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, track approvals and action items, and ensure the CRO's office operates with consistency and professionalism.
  • Assist with budget tracking and operational planning as needed.
