Our client runs a warm, welcoming residential home and they're looking for a Care Home Registered Manager who genuinely cares about delivering excellent care. If you're someone who's passionate about making a real difference to residents' lives, this could be the role for you.
About the Position
As Care Home Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the care team and ensuring they're delivering the kind of person-centred care that actually matters. You'll oversee:
- Care planning, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Team leadership, development, and staff recruitment
- Financial management and budgetary targets
- Quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with families and external partners

Key Skills and Experience
You'll need:
- Proven leadership experience in a care home or nursing setting
- Solid grasp of CQC regulations and adult social care best practices
- Genuine ability to motivate and develop your team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or commitment to getting it)
- Real dedication to delivering safe, person-centred care
