As a Senior care worker, you will be visiting service users to complete assessments, reviews, draw up care plans, provide personal care, building relationships, and make a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
Areas covered: BR5, BR6, BR7 (Farnborough, Orpington, St Mary Cray, Chislehurst)
Here at Care World, we offer our Senior Care Assistants the following:
- £12.90 per hour – £16.13 per hour
- A welcome bonus £150

Duties will include:
- Completing assessments and reviews
- Drawing up Care plans involving service users and relatives
- Supervising junior care workers and shadowing them during induction
- Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
- Preparing and serving meals/snacks
- Assisting with medication
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping
We are looking for Senior Care Assistants to join us who are:
- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
- Authorised to work in the UK – Unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship
- Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekday / Weekend (Every other weekend)

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING! Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
Please note this Senior Care Assistant role is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within clients’ own homes. You should have at least 6-12 months experience as a senior carer or 12 months as a carer. We will also provide you with excellent training in full.
