As a Senior care worker, you will be visiting service users to complete assessments, reviews, draw up care plans, provide personal care, building relationships, and make a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Areas covered: BR5, BR6, BR7, (Farnborough, Orpington, St Mary Cray, Chislehurst).

Duties will include
- Completing assessments and reviews
- Drawing up Care plans involving service users and relatives
- Supervising junior care workers and shadowing them during induction.
- Personal Care (bathing/showering/toileting/etc)
- Preparing and serving meals/snacks
- Assisting with medication
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
We are looking for Senior Care Assistants to join us who are

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AND TRAINING!
Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
Please note this Senior Care Assistant role is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within clients’ own homes.
You should have at least 6-12 months experience as a senior carer or 12 months as a carer.
We will also provide you with excellent training in full.
