We’re looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person‑centred care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care
- Provide hands‑on care and build meaningful connections with residents
- Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
- Support training and development for colleagues
- Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You

- Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
- Have confidence to lead by example
