Rates of Pay:
- Probationary period: £15.50/hr

Working Hours:
Public holidays that fall on usual workdays
Location: South Oxfordshire, Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage and surrounding villages
Purpose of Position: Ensuring service users receive personalised care while respecting dignity, privacy, and independence.
Main Duties:
- Conduct service user reviews and quality checks
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and policy-compliant
- Monitor support workers through spot checks and supervision
- Report concerns to the Managing Director
- Carry out new service user assessments and manage files
- Explain policies and obtain required documentation/signatures
- Lead or support team meetings and record outcomes
- Perform unannounced supervisory and audit visits
- Support staff induction, shadowing, and mandatory training
- Participate in audits and quality control initiatives
- Deputise for the Managing Director and handle on-call duties
- Ensure availability of equipment and PPE
- Conduct risk assessments to maintain safety standards
- Transcribe MAR/EMAR records monthly or as required
- Assist with scheduling, invoicing, care plans, and policy updates
- Liaise with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
- Perform other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (essential)
