We are looking for full-time or part-time workers to join our services with a salary of £32,767.65 to £36,666.60 per annum, along with additional benefits including:

We are looking for caring, supportive and compassionate people who are committed to making a difference and shaping the future of vulnerable young people. Previous experience is not essential as comprehensive training will be given. Requirements:

  • A valid driving licence (as you will have to drive young people to various activities)
  • Access to own transport as our locations are primarily rural
  • PVG check will also be undertaken if successful
  • Membership of the SSSC will be a requirement within the first 3 months of employment
  • Current legally authorised to work in the UK

Pay: £32,767.65 to £36,666.60 per annum based on full-time hours and qualifications, including a sleepover allowance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Overtime, Weekend availability

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred), Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification: SVQ Level 3 Children and Young People qualification (preferred)
