Care Visions Group is seeking a Residential Service Manager in the South cluster. You will lead a dedicated staff team to deliver trauma-informed care and excellent outcomes for young people, within a connected network of residential services.
You will work 37 hours per week, with some out-of-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities, supported by a senior duty manager and multiagency partners for continuous service improvement.
