Location: Falkirk, Scotland, with travel across Care Visions services.
Working arrangement: Hybrid working with at least 3 days per week in the Falkirk Office.

About the role
Care Visions supports children, young people and families across Scotland. We are proud of what has been built over more than 25 years and ambitious about what comes next. We are now seeking an exceptional Chief People Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping the organisation's next chapter. This is a strategic leadership appointment focused on organisational effectiveness, culture, leadership capability, workforce transformation and future readiness. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will help strengthen leadership, build organisational capability and create the conditions for consistently high performance.
About you
We are interested in accomplished leaders from a broad range of sectors. Experience in social care is welcomed but is not essential.
You may have developed your career in a commercial, technology-enabled, private equity-backed, multi-site, regulated or purpose-led organisation.

- Develop workforce, talent and succession strategies.
