We are seeking an experienced FF&E Delivery Manager to join our Care Home Development team and support the delivery of new build and major refurbishment projects nationwide. The Role: As FF&E Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel and functionality of Care UK’s new and refurbished care homes. Leading FF&E procurement and fit-out projects across the UK, you’ll manage everything from budgets and supplier engagement through to on-site delivery and handover. With projects typically valued between £500k–£1m, including work in live environments. This is a varied, hands‑on role with real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FF&E budgets and procurement, including forecasting, end-to-end purchasing, expenditure reporting, and invoice reconciliation.
- Lead value engineering and tender activity, working with stakeholders to optimise cost, quality, and commercial outcomes.
- Coordinate FF&E delivery programmes, managing procurement schedules, contractors, and Project Managers to support timely project completion.
- Oversee on‑site fit‑out and handover, including site liaison, snagging, and formal sign‑off to operations.
- Manage suppliers and standards, maintaining strong relationships and supporting ongoing specification and quality improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- FF&E procurement and fit‑out experience across new build or refurbishment projects in a transferable sector.
- Strong commercial and project management skills, including budget control, multi-project delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
- Organised, adaptable and relationship‑focused, with good Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to interpret drawings.
