The role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the provision of an efficient and accurate Cashiering function in a robust control environment whilst providing support to colleagues in the team to ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional management of the receipts and expense bank accounts
- Liaise with care homes and customers for payments received and home banking information
- Responsible for maintaining the Direct Debit Ledger
- Management of the deposit suspense account
- Monitoring cashier mailboxes, printing remittances, cash, banking and reconciliation
- Maintaining the remittance log
- Producing refunds cheques to customer account on the finance system

- Experience in an administrative role ideally within a finance team
- Ability to pick up and learn the company's financial system
