Support Worker – Opportunity to Progress

Care Through The Millennium (CTTM) is a caring and supportive residential care provider offering support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and challenging behaviors. CTTM has employed over 340 people in residential and supported living services across South Birmingham and Warwickshire.

We have exciting opportunities at our residential home supporting individuals with a learning disability in Dunchurch, near Rugby.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the individuals we support lead fulfilling and valued lives and are encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Encourage and support individuals to access the community and participate in social activities and enjoy their hobbies.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care, ensuring the individuals\’ safety and well-being at all times.

Work an average of 42 hours per week on a permanent contract. Shifts are on a rota basis, so you will know in advance to plan your time accordingly.
