We currently have a vacancy for a Quality and Compliance Administrator to join the compliance team supporting the Senior Management to ensure quality and compliance across our services. Willing to travel as required, the successful Quality and Compliance Administrator will be responsible for:
- Conducting audits across CTTMs services as designated
- Monitoring compliance against company policies and procedures
- Undertaking Quality Assurance
- Supporting the compliance team with project management
- Offering support to Service Users and members of the staff team as and when required
- Monitoring the services compliance against the standards set by CQC
- Monitoring compliance against legal requirements i.e. health & safety, management of medicines etc.
- Providing information for reports as requested
- Managing and maintaining databases and matrixes
- Liaising with other departments/services within the company
- Monitoring and ensuring the services compliance with company policy
- Undertaking regular analysis of company documentation to ensure that it is fit for purpose
- Conducting Initial assessments for potential Service Users
- Managing and monitoring the complaint process
- Acting as a representative of CTTM in meetings with Professional & external bodies
- Carrying out care administration and PA duties for the Compliance Team to include minute taking, developing, and implementing documentation to enhance our services, monitoring, and reporting on the services KPI reports
- Dealing with initial enquiries from Professionals, relatives, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Hours: 42 hours per week, may include some evenings and weekends, the post holder will also take part in the on-call rota.
Applicants must have supervisory experience gained in a relevant care setting, as well as experience conducting audits, analysing information, and writing professional reports. Must have excellent I.T skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft systems. The Level 3 diploma in adult social care or an equivalent qualification is essential for this role as the successful candidate will be required to offer support within the Services as designated by a company Director or the Compliance Manager.
