We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Extra Care Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Extra Care service, ensuring outstanding care, excellent staff leadership, and full regulatory compliance.

About the Role As Extra Care Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of the service.
You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring customers receive compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities - please note this is not an exhausted list Oversee the day-to-day management of the Extra Care service.
Lead, motivate and develop a team of coordinators, supervisors and care staff.
Ensure safe, person-centred care is delivered in line with company policies and CQC standards.
