About the Role
Night Care Team Leader – Fern Brook Lodge, Fern Brook Lane, Shaftesbury Road, Gillingham SP8 4QD. Pay: up to £33,370 per annum. Hours: 37.5 hours over 3 days (including alternate weekends). Shift Pattern: 20:00 – 08:30.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage delivery of quality care to residents.
- Manage the safety and supervision of night staff.
- Ensure the team is supported and guided throughout shifts.
- Administer medication to residents.
- Liaise with external medical professionals and residents’ families.
- Ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South values.
Qualifications
- Completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Fully competent in medication administration.
