About The Role
Night Care & Support Assistant
Location: Maiden Castle House Residential Home, Dorchester (DT1 2NJ)
Pay: £13.05 – £13.30 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Bank
Shift Pattern: 20:00 – 08:00 (including alternate weekends)
We’re looking for caring and compassionate people to join our Care Team. Previous experience in care is not required – customer service, community support, or empathy will be valuable. What matters most is kindness, understanding, and commitment to helping others feel safe and valued.
