Role: Night Care & Support Assistant
Location: Talbot View Residential Home, Bournemouth (BH10 4HG)
Pay: £13.05 – £13.30 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Bank
Shift Pattern: 19:45 – 08:00 (including alternate weekends)

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs.
• Encourage residents to stay independent and active.
• Build genuine friendships with residents and support social activities.
• Support with daily routines, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Be part of a positive, team-focused atmosphere within the home.

What You Need to Know / Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• We are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
