Care South is a not‑for‑profit charity dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents in our homes. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team and help lead one of our welcoming residential homes.
About The Role
As Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and safety. You will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the care team, and take full responsibility for the home in the Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in leadership and development
- Oversee assessments for prospective residents
- Provide supervision and direction to care teams
- Promote a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement
About You
- Be currently working at Care Team Leader level or above
- Have experience in a residential care setting
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
