Care South, a leading not for profit charity, have exciting opportunities for Home Care Assistants to join our Somerset Care at Home team, supporting clients with a variety of needs in their own homes in various locations across Somerset. This Home Care Assistant role is community based, applicants must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle. As a Home Care Assistant with Care South, we ensure you are paid for not just your contact time but also your travel time. On top of this we pay a generous mileage rate of 40p per mile.

- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You will hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake one.
