You're a caring and reliable individual who enjoys being part of a busy, supportive team. While previous kitchen experience isn't essential, you're happy to take a hands-on approach and contribute wherever needed. You're flexible with your working hours and take pride in helping others—especially during mealtimes, where your support makes a real difference to our residents' daily lives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting the Chef team with basic preparation of fresh, nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks
- Supporting residents during mealtimes to ensure a calm, enjoyable dining experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Washing cooking equipment and crockery, and sanitising food preparation surfaces
- Working flexibly as part of a friendly and collaborative kitchen team
