Community Care & Support Assistant Team

Location: Bournemouth

Pay rate: Up to £13.70 per hour + £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate

Travel: Paid Travel Time £12.71 per hour + 40p per mile mileage allowance

Hours: Full & Part Time

Shift: 07.00 to 14.00 & 18.00 to 22.00

The home care team provide services & support including companionship, household tasks, personal care, grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions & meal preparation.

You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence & access to transport, as you will be visiting clients in their own homes.

Previous care experience is not essential for our Care at Home Support Assistant Team.

A full induction and training programme will be provided to support you.

What You Will Do

  • Identifying the needs and abilities of our clients and providing personal care and encouragement to them
  • Assisting with medication, meal preparation and domestic services
  • Supporting with personal care & washing & dressing
  • Supporting with community visits (shopping and leisure trips)
  • Regular communications with the office support team
