Location: Fairlawn Residential Home - BH22 9HB
Pay rate: £12.50 - £12.75 per hour
Hours: Full & Part Time & Bank Team
Shifts: 07.45am - 14.00pm or 14.00pm - 20.00pm
Alternate weekends off: 07.45am to 20.00pm

- Previous care experience is not essential for our "Care & Support Assistant Team".
- You might have worked in customer care or contributed to your community.

What you will be doing:
- Delivering excellent person-centred care
- Supporting residents to remain as independent as possible
- Checking on residents regularly, assisting with moving and positioning if needed
- Providing personal care such as washing and undressing
- Building relationships and offering companionship
- Fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the team
