Salary: £27,038 per annum
At Care South, a leading not-for-profit social care organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Care Coordinator to join our Bournemouth Care at Home team, based in our Bournemouth office.
Supported by the management team, you will be front of house, helping to run a rapidly expanding office and coordinating a great care team. You will manage schedules, match our care workers to clients, and ensure that we deliver a seamless service.
This fantastic opportunity would suit either an experienced Care Coordinator or a Care Worker looking to take the next step in their career.
Care South’s package will include:

About you:
- Good organisational skills and able to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment
- Holder of an enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
- Confident telephone manner and people skills
- Sound IT knowledge
- Experience of care delivery management systems (e.g., Celltrak) is desirable but not essential
- Prior experience of frontline care delivery would be advantageous
- Prepared to join the weekend on-call rota
