About The Role
Location: Bournemouth
Pay rate: £13.70 per hour + £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate
Travel: Paid Travel Time £12.71 per hour + 40p per mile mileage allowance
Hours: Full‑time – Days off to include every Thursday and every other weekend
Shift pattern: 07:00 to 14:00 & 16:00 to 22:00
Responsibilities
- Completing quality needs assessments, producing relevant documentation, and completing weekly reviews of outcomes.
- Assessing client‑tailored reablement plans and risk assessments, reviewing and updating them on a daily and weekly basis.
- Assisting with signposting clients to services to ensure their continued independence after the reablement programme has ceased.
- Supporting clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing, shaving, hair washing and oral hygiene, and encouraging them to undertake these tasks themselves where appropriate.
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks such as domestic cleaning and shopping.
- Assisting clients with meal planning, preparation and cooking.
