Salary range or pay band: Team Support £27,302 to £29,291

Work pattern: Full time (applications are welcome from people who work part time, as part of a job share or who work full time)

Duration: Fixed term for up to 12 months with possibility of permanency.

Purpose of post: CIW is the independent regulator of social care and childcare. CIW registers, inspects and takes action to improve the quality and safety of services for the well-being of the people of Wales. CIW’s purpose is to encourage the improvement of social care, early years and social services by regulating, inspecting, reviewing and by providing professional advice. CIW carries out its functions on behalf of Welsh Ministers. We sit within the Chief Operating Officer’s Group within the Welsh Government.

The post holder will support the Inspection, Registration Support or Support Services Team in carrying out a variety of administrative tasks and to assist them in achieving their corporate business objectives.
