Responsibilities
- Assist service users with domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
- Provide personal care including washing, bathing, and toileting arrangements.
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, and assist feeding if required.
- Support the preparation and administration of medication.
- Contribute as needed to a person's end‑of‑life care.
Qualifications
No previous experience required. Applicants must show compassion, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to high‑quality, respectful care.
Benefits & Payment
- Hourly pay £13.77 – £15.12, with higher rates for unsociable hours.
- Paid mileage 35p per mile.
