Are you caring, compassionate and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference?
Care Santé is looking for dedicated Care & Support Workers to join our team at KEC, a welcoming extra care scheme with 40 apartments, an on-site restaurant, hairdresser and shop.
You’ll support residents to live independently, providing personalised care and assistance when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and medication support.
- Completing scheduled care visits and support calls.
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
- Providing companionship and responding to residents' needs.
- Assisting residents with meals and general support.
Shift Patterns:
Pattern 1: Monday and Tuesday off, working Wednesday to Sunday.
Pattern 2: Monday to Friday.
Hours: 4pm–9pm.
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, reliable and compassionate attitude.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
