Domiciliary Care Assistant! Helpers Homecare Merton are recruiting and expanding their Care Worker teams. We are one of two prime providers in the area contracted with Merton council.

Locations
We are looking Health Care Assistants to join our already established teams in the local communities of: CR4 1, CR7, SM4, SM5, SW16, SW17.
Shifts
- Part time and full time positions available
- Working shift patterns: Mornings 7am-3pm, Evenings 3pm-10pm
- With alternative weekends of work
What you will do
- You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.
- Job Description: Helping service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Support with administering medication.
- Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
- Assist with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
- Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Have a right to work within the UK
- No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to demonstrate compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
