Shift Patterns:
- Monday: 8.30am – 9.30am, 12.30pm – 4.30pm
- Tuesday: 8am – 4.30pm
- Wednesday: 8.30am – 9.30am, 1pm – 4.30pm
- Alternate Fridays: 4pm – 10pm
- Alternate Weekends Saturday: 8am – 9.30am
- Alternate Weekends Sunday: 7am – 2.30pm

Job Description:
Provide life‑changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes. Help service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping with the use and care of aids and personal equipment. Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes. Support service users to access and be a part of the local community, including attending appointments, events and social activities where needed. Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks. Support with administering medication.
Requirements:
- Have a right to work within the UK.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role – needs to be able to drive a manual car.
- Experience in this role is essential.
- You will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high‑quality, respectful care.
