What We Offer
- £13.00 - £16.60 per hour (paid every two weeks)
- 35p per mile mileage allowance (additional mileage paid where the distance between two consecutive calls exceeds 4 miles)

Areas We Cover
We're currently recruiting Care & Support Workers in Whaley Bridge and the surrounding areas. We have both full-time and part-time positions available and would love you to become part of our supportive, family-focused team.
Typical Working Hours
- Morning shifts: 7:00am, 8:00am or until approximately 2:00pm–3:00pm
- Evening shifts: 4:00pm–10:00pm
About the Role
As a Care & Support Worker, you'll provide personalised care and support that helps people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Your role may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Supporting people with mobility and the safe use of equipment
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Prompting or administering medication in line with care plans
- Carrying out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and changing bedding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and supporting people to access their local community where appropriate
- Delivering compassionate end-of-life care when required
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in wellbeing
