Overview
Valley Care is seeking compassionate Community Care Workers to provide life‑changing care for vulnerable adults in their own homes. Both part and full‑time positions are available, with comprehensive training for all candidates.

Working Hours
- Mornings 7am–3pm
- Evenings 3pm–10pm
- Required to work alternative weekends
- Required to work at least two evening shifts per week
Responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care, including washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
- Help overcome mobility problems and support use of aids and equipment.
- Perform domestic tasks: making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, emptying commodes.
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
- Support medication administration.
- Contribute to end‑of‑life care as needed.
Requirements
- Right to work within the UK.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- No previous experience required, but must demonstrate compassion, strong communication, problem‑solving skills and commitment to delivering high‑quality, respectful care.
