Role overview:
You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with mobility and daily activities
- Support with administering medication
- Perform domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and managing commodes
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
- Support with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements
- Assist with aids and personal equipment as needed
- Provide support as part of end-of-life care as required
Requirements:
- Have a right to work within the UK
- No previous experience required, but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, respectful care
