Weekend shift patterns available:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm

About the role:

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care and support that enables vulnerable adults to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting individuals with mobility and physical disabilities
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, and supporting with eating and drinking where required
  • Carrying out light domestic duties, including making beds, laundry, tidying rooms, light cleaning, and emptying commodes
  • Assisting with the use of mobility aids and personal equipment
  • Providing compassionate end-of-life care when required

What we're looking for:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
  • No previous care experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need
  • A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
